He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Monk; his sons, Michael (Rosie) and Davey Lee (Vanessa); his grandchildren, Michael Jr., Hunter Lee, Leorra Lee and Sabrina; and his siblings, Chester (Edythe), Ivan (Marion), Katherine Riley and Letha (Kenny Burns). He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
