He is survived by: his parents, Frank Tito Gutierrez Sr. of Edgewood, NM and Danita Teague; his stepfather Gary Keith of Rimrock, AZ.; his children, Sage Gutierrez, Dallas Gutierrez and Gracie Belle Gutierrez of Sierra Vista, AZ; the mother of his children Mary Gutierrez; his siblings, Shannon Keith (Amanda) of League City, TX, Frank Gutierrez Jr. of Cottonwood, AZ, Resa Tufts (Kevin) of Portland, OR, Mishka Martin (Damon) of Trinidad, CO, Mikel Dennis (Derrick) of Ozark, MO and Shea Thomas (Steve) of Bel Air, MD; his granddaughter Kinsli Grayce of Sierra Vista, AZ; and his partner's child Kensleigh. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
