He is survived by: his wife Sonja Britton; his daughter Sherry Weingarten; his siblings, Dr. Kent Britton (Terri) and Ruth Ann Johnson; his brother-in-law Steve Ingram; his daughter-in-law Myra Britton; his grandchildren, Jerred Weingarten (Anna), Abrielle Gleeson (Ryan) and Cody Britton; and his great grandchildren, Noah, Tessa and Raylan. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family has named the New Mexico National DWI Victims Memorial as their charity of choice. Donations in Jerry's name can be sent to "Memorial of Perpetual Tears, PO Box 534, Moriarty, NM. 87035".
