He was predeceased by: his mother Bessie V. Ellibee. He is survived by: his father Leroy Tolen; his children, David Russell Ellibee, Richard James Ellibee (Karen Bernice) of Lawton, Sheila Jo McBryant (Mark Allen) of Bell Buckle and Nicole Ellibee Brown (Kurtis Louis) of Pleasant Grove, Utah.; his grandchildren, Jessica Shannon Curran (Sean), Ryan Curtiss Ellibee, Hannah Nicole Blackman, Richard Seth Alexander (Kaitlyn Nicole), Joshua Kurtis Brown, Manuel Evan David Alexander, Ethan Cougar Brown (Josie Dannielle), Lillian Emma Isobel Alexander, Kaden Drew Brown, Santana LeNora Alexander and Peyton Tolen Brown; and his great grandchildren, Shannon Rylie, Hannah Claire Curran, Eli Gavin, McKenzie Nicole, Roman Ty, Maddox Bentley, Christopher Adam, Jr. and Blackman. He is also survived by friends as a loving husband, favorite dad and dear friend.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to The Estancia Valley Classical Academy Foundation to help preserve our nation's founding principles.
