He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Kyritz and Marie Kyritz; his adoptive father Hotha Thomas (Slim); and his siblings, Jim Jones, Edward Jones, Doris Dixon and Delores Wood.
He is survived by: his wife Josie Thomas; his children, Lora Lee Ortiz (Steve) and Albert Michael Thomas (Lisa); his brother Scott Thomas (Paula); his grandchildren, Stephen Ortiz, Lorin Saavedra (Luis), Jamie Viramontes (Cole), Luke Thomas (Mary) and Isaiah Thomas; his great grandchildren, Shayla and Gracie Jo; his grandsons, Luis Saavedra and Cole Viramontes; and his great grandchildren, Lucas Saavedra, Leo Saavedra and Cayden Viramontes. He is also survived by brother in laws, sister in laws, nieces, nephews, God children and extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the St Vincent de Paul society would be greatly appreciated.
