He was predeceased by: his parents, Augustine Trujillo and Dorothea Trujillo; his siblings, Ernestine Ulibarri, Lala Maes and William "Willie" Trujillo; his brothers-in-law, James Salazar and Joedy Dominick; and his nephew James "Tiny" Salazar, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his children, Dorothy Mendonca (Orlando), Debora Trujillo (Ramon), James Trujillo, Jr. (Rose) and Michael Trujillo (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Lynette King (Mark), Orlando Mendonca, Jr., Mikayla Trujillo (Diego), Adi-Ana Trujillo (Julyan), Jaiden Trujillo, Marisa Trujillo-Sandoval, Aaliyah Trujillo, Lukis Trujillo and Audrina Trujillo; his great grandchildren, Malayah, Haylee "Hillary", Preston, Cianna, Emily of Jeziah and Izaiah; his sister Erneda Salazar; his sister-in-law Theresa Dominick; his niece Melinda Carrillo (Deacon Andy); his godson Jerry Baca; and his close friends, Horace Martinez, Max Baca, Ed Baca, John Gutting, Orlando Roybal and Eddie Baca.
