He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Summers Stockton and Nell Bain Stockton; his parents-in-law, Charles F. and Margaret Malone (Margie); his sister Meg Malone Sullivan; and his brother-in-law Jack Sullivan.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Littlefield Malone; his sons, Matthew Summers Stockton and William Littlefield Stockton; his siblings-in-law, Katharine Ann Malone and Charles F. Malone, Jr. (Chad); and also Thomas Ian Malone.
