He is survived by: his significant other Teri Wier; his siblings, Nannette Miller (Greg Miller), Jon Rutten, Steven Foster (Sara Foster) and Adam Foster (Kathy Foster); his grandchildren, Jacob Foster, Gabriel Foster, Joel Foster, Couper Foster, Cash Foster, Jakob Bejarano, Jonah Bejarano and Lissa Pilley Davalos (Jonathan Davalos); his great grandchildren, Ian Foster and Izzy Davalos; his nephew Nick Miller (Dianne Miller); his great-niece Lauren Miller; his niece Juliette Miller Castleberry (Joey); his great-nephews, Jensen and Remington Castleberry; his niece Greggorie Miller (Babydoll); and his nephews, Beauregard Miller (Nicole Miller) and Levi Miller (Savannah Miller).
