He is survived by: his wife Lillie Urban; his children, David Urban and Robin Urban; his grandsons, Brian Urban and Kevin Urban; his siblings, Florence Flores (Eulalio), Ruth Garcia, Lollie Urban, Gloria Hutchens (Ralph) and Johnnie Urban (Judy); and his siblings-in-law, Andrea Hernandez and Pete Hernandez. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and numerous good friends.

I was a NM Medical Field Investigator and I always respected Jerry for his professionalism and great heart. His smile was bigger than life and filled a room.
