He is survived by: his parents, Maria Miranda Lerma and Cuauhtemoc Chavez Anchondo; his daughters, Clarissa Chavez and Ariana Chavez; his granddaughters, Avianna Olivia Gonzalez, Zaylah Brielle Martell and Martell; his siblings, Jose Chavez, Angelica Chavez, Veronica Chavez, Rey Chavez, Yanet Gaytan and Rosario Armendariz; and his pet Hazel.
