He was predeceased by: his parents, Thornton H. Boswell III and Jean Corn Boswell; his siblings-in-law, John Wyly and Evelyn Wyly; his aunts and uncles, Catherine Annala (Corn), Dr. Ron Annala, Jo Boswell and Marty Boswell; his brother-in-law Johnny Wyly; and his great-nephew Joel Wyly.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Wyly Boswell; his sons, Jimmy Boswell (Sarah) of Banks and Justin Boswell (Christin); his grandchildren, Jack, Kate, Luke, Jordynn and Anson Boswell; his godsons, Jacob (Taylor) and Jesse Wyly; his sister Debbie Boswell Cooper (Bill) of Roswell; his nephew Chip Wyly (Lenora); his niece Casey Cooper (Karah); and his family, Laurie, Rocio, Sylvia, Claudia, Annera, Taneesha, Maliki, Rosario, Elizabeth, Tim, Glynn (RN), Stacy and Jessica.
