He is survived by: his wife Gail Bennett; his son Chad Patton of Dexter, NM; his sister Shaya Brooks of Roswell; his grandchildren, Alexis Patton (Matthew Tompkins), Josua Brooks, Kindra Carrell and Cayla Saucerman; and his sister-in-law Lisa Patton (Ralph) of El Paso, TX..

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Wheeler Mortuary Chapel (500 E 3rd St, Portales, NM 88130).
