He is survived by: his wife Adela Gutierrez; his children, Joe Gutierrez (Mary), Bertha Chavez, Freddie Gutierrez (Linda), Sally Peach (Jesse), Rudy Gutierrez (Valerie) and Michael Gutierrez (Virginia); and his sisters, Emma Sanchez and Ofelia Montañez. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren.
