She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Vernon and Nona Arnett (Suzanne); her husband Ted Bennefield of Des Moines; her brother Kent Welch of Raton; her sons, Ted Bennefield, III of Colorado Springs, Jeremy Cook of Des Moines, Michael Bennefield (April) of Colorado Springs and Evan Cook (Danielle) of Mesa, Arizona.; her grandchildren, Ted Bennefield, IV of California, Zephiniah Torres of Lamar, Michael Bennefield, II of Colorado Springs, Logan Cook, Dylan Cook of Mesa and Jayden Cook of Austin, Texas.; her nieces, Samantha Rohwer (John) of Mesa and Vicki Dustin (Darren) of Elberta, Utah.; and her cousin Sabrina Christy.
