She was predeceased by: her father Luther Rivera; and her brother Jonathan Russell. She is survived by: her husband Doug Pannell; her son James Efird; her mother Patricia Crandle; her brother Andy Rivera; her nieces, Rebecca Short (Joshua), Ashley Wickwire (Eric) and Erin McCarrell-Palmer (Jason); her great-niece Rylan Wickwire; her great-nephew Declan Palmer; and her close friend Clesteen Windham.
A rosary was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of Guadalupe (816 Broadway Ave, Des Moines, NM 88418). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at the same location.
