He was predeceased by: his parents, William Calvin Cook Jr. and Louise Crowder; his stepfather Howard Billings; and his brother Howard Billings Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Marcia Day Cook; his children, William Calvin Cook IV (Robin), Christopher Bradley Cook (Lyslee), Catherine Jane Schieber (Bryan) and Carol Elizabeth Turner (Johnny); and his sister Sylvia Etter (Jerry). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren.
He was very proud to donate his craftsmen's skills to Holy Family Church.
