He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Rice and Beatrice Rice (Smith); his wife Janet; and his siblings, Jerry, Allen, Donna and Betty.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa and Helen Rice of Deming, NM; his stepdaughters, Patricia Taylor of Wellsville, PA and Deborah Redding of Hanover, PA.; and his stepbrother Blane. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
