He was predeceased by: his parents, Panfilo Arredondo and Concepcion Arredondo; his son Benjamin Arredondo; and his siblings, Juan, Savino, Raul and Olivia Martinez.
He is survived by: his wife Lupe of Las Cruces; his children, Sam Arredondo Jr. (Minji) of Kingman, AZ, Narciso Lucero (Monique) of Carlsbad, Timothy Arredondo (Amanda) of Ft. Worth, TX, Bonita Lopez (Joe) of Clovis, Barbra Conner (Josh) of Hobbs, NM and Cynthia Padilla (Oscar) of Las Cruces; and his brother David Arredondo (Sherri) of Lordsburg. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
