She was predeceased by: her mother Mildred Weber; her husband Craig Howell; her daughter Sarah Jane; her parent Dr. Leslie Sr. Weber; and her siblings, Claire Spearing and Dr. Leslie Weber Jr..
She is survived by: her sons, Chris (Laurie) of Chesapeake and Andy of Rock Island, IL; her granddaughter Emilyann of Los Alamos, NM; and her sister Ann Garton of West Bend, Iowa..
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Deming Animal Guardians, a group that was near and dear to Russ.
