He was predeceased by: his parents, Lidia Buenrostro and Margarito Enciso; and his brothers, Hugo, Margarito, Jose Luis and Miguel Enciso.
He is survived by: his wife Raquel C. Enciso; his children, Luis Mireles (Maria), Edgardo Mireles (Yvonne), Danny Enciso, Ruben Enciso Jr. (Malena), Margarito Enciso, Ligia Hernandez (Francisco), Alma Deniz (Rafael), Palmira Valentine (Lloyd) and Raquel Calles (Arlo); and his siblings, Francisco Enciso (Elia), Salvador Enciso (Esperanza), Delia Gonzalez (Raul), Griselda Encsio, Rosa Isela Enciso (Jose) and Mary Mariscal (Hector). He is also survived by 33 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
