He is survived by: his wife Rita Speir; his sons, Chip Speir (Bernice) and Jason Speir; his grandchildren, Montiqua Robbs (Joram), Julia Morris (Red), Zak Speir (Hannah) and Kason Speir; his great grandchildren, Montgomery Morris, Healan Robbs, Sloan Robbs, Zak and Hannah; and his sisters, Deon Woodward (Clinton) and Cheryl Speir-Phillips (Alan). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, in-laws.
