He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Speir and Nadine Speir. He is survived by: his wife Rita Speir; his sons, Chip Speir (Bernice) and Jason Speir; his grandchildren, Montiqua Robbs (Joram), Julia Morris (Red), Zak Speir (Hannah) and Kason Speir; his great grandchildren, Montgomery Morris, Healan Robbs, Sloan Robbs, Zak and Hannah; and his sisters, Deon Woodward (Clinton) and Cheryl Speir-Phillips (Alan). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, in-laws.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Holy Family Catholic Church (612 S Copper St, Deming, NM 88030). A rosary was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 3:15 PM at the Mountain View Cemetery (3410 E Pine St, Deming, NM 88030).
