She was predeceased by: her parents, Mabel Veronica Goebel and Rudolph Frank Podest; and her siblings, Carolin, Marilyn, Michael and William.
She is survived by: her husband John F. Dowell; her friend Veronica Fernandez; her goddaughter Karla Carbajal; her niece Bambi Mitchell; and her nephew Aron Klockgetter.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Assembly of God (601 S Gold Ave, Deming, NM 88030).
