He was predeceased by: his father Victor Nevarez. He is survived by: his mother Alice Nevarez (Prieto) of Deming; his children, Athyna, Kendra, Jose and Jocelyn Nevarez; and his sisters, Letty Hernandez (Raul) of Corpus Christ, TX, Kimberly Nevarez of Deming and Yesenia Rodriguez (Tony) of Deming. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
