He is survived by: his children, Luis Carlos Barrera (Kerena) of Deming, NM, Fabian Barrera of Deming, NM, Cynthia Millen (John) of San Diego, CA, Stephanie Delgadillo (Edgar) of Rio Rancho, NM and Valeria Barrera (Abraham) of Deming, NM; his siblings, Flavio Barrera (Araceli), Elder Barrera, Imelda Barrera and Gardenia Barrera; and the mother of his children Alma Ivonne Gomez. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
