He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ruby and Ike Kennedy; his sister Brittney Patterson; and his father Paul McDowell. He is survived by: his mother Lana McDowell of Deming; his children, Jimbo Regan of Texas, Joshua Regan of Oklahoma, Jennifer Regan of Texas and Jessica Vela of California; and his sisters, Patricia Kennedy of Deming and Amber Patterson of Deming. He is also survived by six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
