He was predeceased by: his parents, Hershel Fortenberry and Jessie Fortenberry; and his brother Richard Jay Fortenberry. He is survived by: his children, Timothy Lee Fortenberry and Christina Sueann Johnson; and his siblings, Joe Dean Fortenberry (Cathleen) and Jessie Keith. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 10 adopted grandchildren and 5 adopted great-grandchildren.
