We are sad to announce that on May 6, 2024, at the age of 95, Helen J. Trujillo of Deming, New Mexico passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Helen departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Helen may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Helen leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her husband Joe Trujillo; her son Michael Trujillo; her mother Beatriz Chavez; and her siblings, Cipriano Chavez Sr. and Elsie Chavez Le Doux.
She is survived by: her sister Becky Quintana (Laudente); her children, Cipriano Chavez (Maria), Tony Trujillo (Nancy), Beatrice Kerr (Jerry) and Dominic Trujillo; and her daughter-in-law Linda. She is also survived by Numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, and cousins.
