She was predeceased by: her parents, Ignacio Gonzales and Camila Gonzales; her husband Emilio Valenzuela Sr.; her son Robert Medina (Bobby); and her grandson Roland Valenzuela.
She is survived by: her children, Albert Medina (Sally), Emilio Valenzuela Jr., Ernesto Valenzuela, Ruben Valenzuela (Diana) and Lydia Valenzuela; and her siblings, Santos Gonzales, Loretto Gonzales, Ray Gonzales and Connie Aguilar (Concha). She is also survived by her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
