He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris M. Saul and George Frederick Tobin Sr.; his wife Anna E. Hampton; and his siblings, Danny, James and Christina.
He is survived by: his sister Emma Jean Fern of Pennsylvania; and his stepson John Hampton.
A burial will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Fort Bayard National Cemetery (200 Cam De Paz, Fort Bayard, NM 88036).
