She is survived by: her parents, Patrick Fries (Betty) of Naugatuck, CT and Frieda Fries (Yoder) of Portsmouth, RI; her husband James Dery of Deming, NM; her siblings-in-law, Arthur Dery Sr. Barbara Dery (Rivord) of Deming, NM and Michele Dery (Gainer); her niece Sara Dery; and her nephew Austin Dery of Meriden, CT..
