She was predeceased by: her parents, Ysidro Almanza and Theresa Almanza; her children, Prisilla Ann Almanza and Florencio "Chito" Lucero Jr.; and her siblings, Ramon Acosta, Refugio Almanza, Herminia A. Martinez, Vicente Almanza, Ysidro Almanza, Antonio Almanza, Ramon Almanza and Frances Padilla.
She is survived by: her children, Rosita Chacon (Ernest), Mary Almanza (Michael), Maria Lucero (Norman) and Julian Almanza; her siblings, Richard Almanza (Doris) and Linda A. Lucero (Robert); her grandchildren, Gilbert, Hermina, Maria Elena, Cassandra, Valerie, Michael Jr., Sofia Elena, Julian Jr., Angel, Adrian, Isaac, Samantha and Ilianna; and her friends, Patricia Mejia and Elvira Garcia. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Baca's Funeral Chapel (811 S Gold Ave, Deming, NM 88030). The inurnment was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Mountain View Cemetery (3410 E Pine St, Deming, NM 88030).
