She was predeceased by: her parents, Maria Castillo and Antonio Soto; her husband Ramon Verdugo; and her siblings, Soledad, Manuela, Eva, Remedios and Guadalupe Soto.
She is survived by: her children, Adrian Chavarria, Jose Alfredo Verdugo Soto (Judith), Cesar Omar Verdugo Soto, Edgar Verdugo Soto (Vanessa), Alma Delia Verdugo Soto, Mony Verdugo Soto (Felipe Soto) and Araceli Ontiveros (Daniel). She is also survived by 25 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Baca's Funeral Chapel (811 S Gold Ave, Deming, NM 88030). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
