He is survived by: his parents, Manuela Gutierrez and Ruben Muñoz; his wife Silvia Muñoz; his children, Esteban Muñoz, Edgar Madrid (Hanna), Jesus L. Madrid (Marisol Galindo), Nathaniel Madrid, Joanna Muñoz (Jose Batista), Janet Muñoz (Antonio Cortez) and Jazmin Cisneros; and his siblings, Osvaldo Muñoz (Maribel) and Rosa Maria Muñoz (Jose Luis Rivera). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and an extended family.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Baca's Funeral Chapel (811 S Gold Ave, Deming, NM 88030). A rosary was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Saint Ann's Catholic Church (400 S Ruby St, Deming, NM 88030). A burial was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Mountain View Cemetery (3410 E Pine St, Deming, NM 88030).
