She is survived by: her parents, Manuela Chacon of Cuba and Teodoro Chacon (Poleo) of La Mesa; her children, Michael Carrillo and Dayna Velasquez; her brother John Henry Chacon; and her grandparents, Mabel, Henry and Arsenia Chacon. She is also survived by many aunts and uncles, cousins, friends and extended family.
