He is survived by: his parents, Dorothy Bishara and Harry Bishara; his sister Raphaelita Bishara-Phillips (Chip Phillips); his brother Philbert Sala; his nieces and nephews, Kailee Sala, Anelisia Sala, Raymundo Sala and Andrew Sala; his aunts and uncles, Elsie Sala, Edith Sala, Betty Sala, Wilbert Sala, Martin Sala and Leo Sala; his cousins, Jeremiah, Delandria, Kathleen, Anderson, Earl, Loretta, Larene, Lorrinda, Leila, Yolanda, Amanda, Derek, Leandro, Sonia, Rhonda, Christine, Elizabeth, Jennifer and Bernadette; and also Chase Phillips. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
