She was predeceased by: her husband Atilano Fernandez; her parents, John Van Cleave and Lilllie Van Cleave; and her siblings, Kenneth Van Cleave, Marilyn Ford and Elaine Schuelke.
She is survived by: her daughter Antoinetta Fernandez; her son-in-law Sergio Castillo; her grandchildren, Rebecca and Adrian Castillo; and her sisters, Judy Meade and Nancy Wagner.
