He is survived by: his wife Olga Rutiaga; his children, Ramon Munoz of Palomas, Osvaldo Rutiaga of Palomas, Lorena Munoz, Dora Rutiaga of Palomas, Maria Rutiaga of Columbus and Irma Rutiaga of Big Spring, TX; and his sister Guillermina Zamora of Phoenix, AZ. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
