He is survived by: his wife Maria Paula Dominguez of Blanco; his children, Manuel Oscar Blanco (Yvonne) of Columbus, NM, Francisco Blanco (Marisela Cardoza) of Columbus, NM, Jesus Osvaldo (Sonia Enriquez) of Deming, NM and Viviana Isela Alvarez Blanco (Uriel) of Denver, CO; and his siblings, Rosario Blanco of Albuquerque, NM, Ramon Blanco of Mexico and Bertha Blanco Cano of Mexico. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
