He was predeceased by: his parents, John McIntosh and Vera McIntosh. He is survived by: his sons, Eric McIntosh (Weston Benderman) of Clovis and Kim Ward; his son-in-law Mike of Clovis; his son Kelly Flowers; his son-in-law William of Clovis; and his sister Wanda Mitchell of Clovis. He is also survived by three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
