He is survived by: his wife Donna Cruz-Hammond; his children, Anya Hammond, Maya Hammond of Albuquerque, NM and Robert Hammond (Estella D.) of Hobbs, NM; his grandchildren, Brooke Hammond and Dylan Hammond; and his great grandchild Koda Hammond.
