He is survived by: his wife Marietta Perkins; his children, Melissa Cheri Perkins of Clovis, NM and Richard Colby Perkins (Paula Renee Perkins) of Clovis, NM; his niece Marea Lanae Gibson of Arkansas; his grandchildren, Stetson Chase Rains of Big Springs, TX, Halie Renee Perkins of Melrose, NM and Ryan Cody Perkins of Gardiner, MT; and his siblings, Eldon Perkins of Mississippi and Sue Mead of Alamogordo, NM. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
