He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Huerta and Margaret Huerta; his in-laws, Aubrey and Mary Warren; his brothers, Kevin Hastings and Scott Huerta; his great-nephew Thomson Smith; and his grandson Braden Larko.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy.
