He is survived by: his parents, Rogelio Tarango and Ana Irene Mendoza Chavez; his children, Tianna Tarango (Emmanuel) of Hereford, Luis Carlos Tarango, Jr. of Hereford, Texas, Desairee Tarango of Oklahoma and Ramon Tarango of Oklahoma; his sisters, Perla Tarango of Clovis and Julie Tarango of Clovis; and his cousins, Uriel, Albert, Jocelyn, Brianna and Jonathan.
