He was predeceased by: his grandmothers, Elvira Santillano and Maria DeJesus Contreras; and his uncle Panfilo Adrian Torres. He is survived by: his parents, Cesar Hilario Gallegos of Wichita, KS and Daina Medina (Roberto Medina) of Clovis, NM; his siblings, Cesar Adrian Gallegos of Clovis, NM and Jazmin Medina of Clovis, NM; and his grandparents, Alfonso Gallegos of Clovis, NM, Adriana Lueras (Richardo) of Clovis, NM and Hipolito Gallegos.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Chapel of Angels (1430 N Thornton St, Clovis, NM 88101). A rosary will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church (108 Davis St, Clovis, NM 88101). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
