He was predeceased by: his parents, Harrison Deen and Sue Deen (McCurdy); and his grandson Jerrid Wayne Wagner. He is survived by: his wife Helen Deen (Rowland) of Clovis, NM; his children, Patty O'Hare of Clovis, NM, Kathleen Wagner (David) of Portales, NM, Cody Deen (Susan) of Chapel Hill, NC and Bruce Deen (Tim) of Denver, CO; his grandchildren, Blake O'Hare (Laci), Chance O'Hare, Hannah Morgan (Matthew), Grant Wagner (Laura), Claire Deen and Lila Deen; his great grandchildren, Alden, Anderson, Marley O'Hare, Elinor and Joseph Morgan; his son-in-law Mike O'Hare (Kerri); and his siblings, Linda Lord (Dan) of El Paso, TX, Patsy Ward (Jimmy Dale) of Elida, NM and Allen Deen (Karen) of Portales, NM.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews all knew him as the uncle.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Wheeler Mortuary Chapel (500 E 3rd St, Portales, NM 88130).
