He was predeceased by: his parents, Emilio Victor Griego Sr. and Kate Chavez; his brother Wayne Griego; and his niece Katherine Griego. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Griego; his children, David Roybal, Danny Joe Griego, Emilio Willie Griego, Fedelia Griego and Emily Griego; and his brothers, Joseph Griego (Julie), Max Griego (Ann), Stanley Griego (Stacy) and Little Richard Griego.
