He was predeceased by: his brother Val Loose. He is survived by: his family, Cindy, Robin, Greg and Amy; his significant other Sonya Ann Pate; his children, Cindy Bolen, Robin, Peter Nies, Greg, Julie Loose, Amy and Clay Smith; his grandchildren, Jessica Cummings (Bolen), Hayden Smith, Ryan Nies, Pate Bolen, Jake Loose, Brady Smith, Hogan Loose, Alison Burkhalter (Nies) and Lillie Loose; his great grandchildren, Kayden, June, Samuel, Layten and Charlee; and his sisters, Linda Brannon and Susie Ratcliff.
Russell was "A Nice Guy"!!In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Cloudcroft United Methodist Church.
