He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Frank and Rebecca DeHerrera; his brother Joseph DeHerrera; and his uncle Frank DeHerrera, Jr.. He is survived by: his parents, Stephanie Cruz and Joe "Chopo" DeHerrera of Clayton; his sisters, Sha (DeHerrera) and Angela DeHerrera of Hartley, Texas.; and his grandparents, Alfonso and JoAnne Cruz of Clayton. He is also survived by his mother and cousins.
