He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Wallace Palmer and Ora Thelma McKee Palmer (McKee); and his siblings, Amy Juleatha Garrison, Moyie Carol Herriman and Alvin Dale Palmer.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Palmer; his sons, Dale Wallace Palmer (Sandy), Shawn Damon Palmer (Tabby) and Brett Trevors Palmer (Kassie); his siblings, Larry Don Palmer (Pam), Jerry Dee Palmer (Opal), Mary Margaret Palmer-Garrison and Ora Jane Palmer-Reynolds; his grandchildren, Tawni, Mason, Cheyenne, Chad, Kandi (Kevin), Kyiah, Riley Jean, Trista and Mathew; and his great grandchildren, Kara, Autumn, Jordan, Emery, Jayton, Anjelica, Josslyn and Kaydence.
