He is survived by: his parents, Ray Baker and Beverly Baker of Wheeless; his wife Shelly Baker of Wheeless, Oklahoma.; his children, Tiffany Akin (Alex) of Dalhart, Texas. and Ty Baker (Hallie) of Felt, Oklahoma.; his grandchildren, Jolee, Molly, Braxton and Ryker; and his sister Theresa Darbyshire.
MEMORIALS: The family asks that memorials be made in Troy's memory to either the Wheeless Fire Department or to the Wheeless Community Building.
